Sunny, The Yellow Bunny

 

Sunny the Yellow Bunny teaches kids to treat others who are different with kindness, to love themselves for who they are, and to not be afraid to share their emotional struggles with parents. It is a is a rhyming picture book about a bright yellow bunny who is bullied by others because of the color of his fur. Sunny asks his mom to dye his fur in white, but mom refuses and instead helps him embrace the beauty of diversity. Eventually, Sunny finds a way to bond with other bunnies and shows them that it is okay to be different.
