Member of the American Society of Cinematographers, Christopher was voted a Variety Top Ten Cinematographers to Watch and has been quite fortunate in sharing his time between television projects and theatrical feature films. He just recently completed the Disney Plus series HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL, and prior to that, was on David Goyer's KRYPTON in Northern Ireland. He also just sign on to photograph the pilot and series of the reboot of THE 4400. Christopher is known for his work on ASHBY, starring Mickey Rourke, Nat Wolf, and Emma Roberts, as well as the independent films THE ROAD WITHIN, and GROWING UP AND OTHER LIES. Chris’s other feature credits include Ryan Murphy's RUNNING WITH SCISSORS, the film adaptation of Augusten Burroughs' novel starring Annette Bening, Alec Baldwin, Gwenyth Paltrow, Brian Cox, and Joseph Fiennes, as well as the comedies UNACCOMPANIED MINORS, starring Lewis Black, NEXT FRIDAY starring Ice Cube, and IDLE HANDS, with Seth Green and Jessica Alba. Early in his career, Chris photographed the highly acclaimed independent film SUICIDE KINGS starring Christopher Walken, Henry Thomas, and Denis Leary. In television, Christopher photographer Season One of the NBC Series GAME OF SILENCE, and Season Two of the Syfy Channel/NBC - Universal series DOMINION on location in South Africa. Prior to that, Christopher worked on the NBC event series CROSSBONES starring John Malkovich. His other television credits include the pilot and subsequent seven seasons of FX Network’s Golden Globe winning drama NIP/TUCK, the pilot and first three seasons of the multi award-winning FOX series GLEE, as well as the first season of the VH-1 dramatic series HIT THE FLOOR. He also photographed the pilot episodes for TNT's original dramatic series THE CLOSER, starring Kyra Sedgwick, as well as FX’s drama AMERICAN HORROR STORY starring Jessica Lange. His additional television credits include two seasons of the Warner Bros.’ series POPULAR, as well as ABC’s THE D.A. and BAILEYS MISTAKE and the EASTWICK, PRETTY HANDSOME, and ODD JOBS pilots.
